Shipping Info: All orders will be shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.

Once your order has been dispatched the estimated delivery times are:

UK – delivered in 2 to 3 working days

Europe – delivered in 4 to 7 working days

International – delivered in 7 to 14 working days
Return Policy: If you'd like to cancel your order or need to return an item for any reason, please e-mail us at hey@veloninos.com for assistance and include a brief message with your name, order date and reason for the request.

We will seek to action cancellations by issuing a full refund provided the request is received before your order has been dispatched.

Once dispatched, if you're returning items due to damage or faults, we will seek to replace these items at no cost to you. Other returns will be refunded as agreed once the returned items are received by us.
